A Path Review is a 45-minute working session on your own career brief with the person who builds Aimvane: the destination your approved evidence points to, what your evidence already demonstrates, the one rung you are missing, and the assignment that would earn it. It is free during the open test, and it is review and questions, not advice or placement. Aimvane never contacts an employer or anyone else for you.
Applications are read by hand, in the order received; a person may reply by email, and not every application can be taken. There is no personal recruitment: nobody is invited; you apply because you found Aimvane and want the review.

Voluntary, anonymous unless you add an email. A finding you report here becomes a versioned test case when it is fixed.
